Tips for Tuning in to Our Virtual Event
Our virtual presentation will take place via Zoom.
Here are some remote meeting best practices to help you prepare:
- Give yourself time to get acquainted with the digital platform and settings before the meeting. You can visit us to get the app on your computer, the App Store for iPhones and iPads, or Google Play for Android devices.
- Create an account with a valid email and password, then complete your profile information on the Zoom app.
- Zoom includes options to mute and unmute audio or start and stop your video. There’s also a chat box where you can send instant messages to the meeting organizer if you’re having trouble viewing the meeting.
